The downloading of the Java charting applet over the Internet may take a minute or so, depending on network traffic conditions on the Internet.
You've clicked the request and the browser has contacted host 196.37.7.11 but the interactive chart still does not appear on the screen after serveral minutes.
Check that:
- You are running Windows 95 or another 32bit OS.
- You are using Netscape 3 or better, for your browser. You may experience Java language support problem with Microsoft Internet Explorer.
- Your browser is Java capable and you have enabled Java in your browser option setup.
- If you are running behind a firewall, port 80 for protocol TCP has to be enabled for Inbound & Outbound data from 196.37.7.11. Seek assistance from your firewall administrator.
